Providing a Literacy—Rich Home Environment for Literacy Skills Development of Children

This paper discuses the relationship between literacy and home environment in the attainment of functional and sustainable living in the society. The paper maintains that a good and children a friendly home environment is intimately related to literacy skills development of the children and forms the foundation for living a useful life. The paper then concludes that parents and guidance Should make their home environment children —friendly to promote the acquisition of permanent literacy skills in children to enhance Sustainable living in the society.
