Enhancing Students Oral Competence in French Language Through the Use of Behavioural Objectives

The paper looks at the enhancement of students oral competence in French language through the use of behavioural objectives. It examines the objectives of language learning; determinants of language learning objectives; the difference between traditional and communicative class. The paper also shows cases a sample of communicative class activities. In conclusion, it stresses the importance of well set behavioural objectives in the teaching and the learning of French as a foreign language.
